Our Story & Leadership
Empowering the next generation of African social leaders through capacity building, ethical leadership, and sustainable community development.
Bridging the Gap for Gen Z & Alpha
Bingwa SE (BSE) was officially registered in 2024, but our journey began much earlier. Founded by Njoroge Njihia, a serial entrepreneur, the initiative was born from a deep-seated desire to transform the education and employment landscape in Kenya.
Witnessing the challenges faced by young graduates, Njihia leveraged his experience as a four-times founder to create a platform that provides practical, sustainable capacity building. Since operations began in 2019, we have been quietly laying the groundwork for a revolution in how youth approach dignified work.
